Pinch Valve with a Difference

1. Suitable for pressures up to 10 Bar (145PSI).
2. The Corflex sleeves have a high abrasion resistant natural rubber liner and are suitable for temperatures up to 80°C and short intervals of 85°C, high temperature sleeves are available for up to 120°C. Other type liners available for different applications
3. Corflex NIPPIT Pinch Valves casings are available in Ductile Iron, Aluminium LM6 or 316 Stainless Steel.
4. Corflex specifications for painting is:
   1. Castings are sandblasted.
   2. After machining the valves are cleaned, painted with a coat of red oxide etch primer two coats of enamel.
5. Cadmium Plated Spindles are manufactured from mild steel, other materials available on request
6. Fastenings are Cadmium Plated High Tensile Grade 8.8
7. The operation of Corflex ‘NIPPIT’ Pinch Valves is tested before supply to site.
